General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bricksgalaxy. These terms and conditions govern the purchase of our products.

§1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

§2 Prices & Shipping

All prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business owner). Orders placed by 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Delivery time is 7-10 days.

§3 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 30-day right of return. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return.

§4 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Bricksgalaxy until full payment is received.
